What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround is the following day from pick-up. We also offer same-day service for an additional $10. Same day service needs to be scheduled before 7:30am the day of to ensure same day delivery!

What time do you pick-up and deliver?

Our drivers pick up between 7:30-8:30am Monday-Friday depending on the area of town! It’s best to submit your pick up submission the night before, or before 7:30am the morning of to ensure you get on our schedule for the day! Submissions sent in after 8:00am may be scheduled for the following day. Our drivers deliver in the afternoons! Our timing varies depending on your location in town, and how busy our day has been with orders typically between 1:00 - 4:00pm!

 

What if I'm not home when you arrive?

Most of our clients place their laundry outside their front door where we will pick-up and drop off at the same location. There is no need for you to be present, this way it's more convenient for you to continue with your day! If you live in a secure building or gated property, please enter your access code in the “special instructions” field when you create your submission online. 

 

Can you pick up and deliver at my work address?

Of course, but we must have access to your work address during the scheduled pick-up and delivery time windows. 

Do you offer weekly services?

Absolutely! We can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or a custom recurring schedule to make your life easier!

 

I’m a business, do you offer pick-up and delivery for me?

We are proud to provide service to a wide variety of local business, and commercial accounts. We are happy to pick up and deliver to your storefront or business location!

I’m a Vacation rental, do you offer pick-up and delivery for my guests?

Absolutely! We can arrange a unique pick-up and delivery service to accommodate your rental needs.

I need Fluff + Fold service over the weekend, what do I do?

Our In Store Fluff + Fold is open 6 days a week! You can bring your laundry any day from 9:00-1:00pm on week days, and between 8:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays. Our store manager will be there to assist you! 

How do I pay for a pick-up and delivery order?

After our expert drivers deliver fresh laundered goods to your doorstep, your card on file will be charged and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email. We utilize Square to process payments after delivery where customers can pay with all major credit card companies. $25 minimum order for local pickup/delivery; $30 for Montecito, Summerland, and Hope Ranch.

Which laundry product brands do you use?

We typically use all ® brand laundry detergent, Tide, and Downy fabric softener. 100% biodegradable, and fragrance-free (hypoallergenic) detergents are also available upon request. We also have special products in stock to help remove athletic stains and smells. If you prefer for us to use your own detergent, you may also provide us with your own! Our experienced attendants separate your whites, lights, and darks.

Will you ever combine my order with someone else's?

Many companies will put your order in a mesh bag and wash it in the same machine with someone else's dirty laundry. They assume that you'll never know, but we think that's gross and promise to always handle every order separately.
